WINE TASTING BY KLET BRDA
Selected wines from three Slovenian wine-growing regions with 9 wine-growing districts rank among the world's top in terms of quality. Due to differences in habitat, climate and cellaring methods, each wine-growing region has its own selection of varieties. Slovenian vineyards are located in the very center of the European wine-growing zone. The wine-growing zone of ideal locations is shared by Slovenian wine-growing countries with areas such as Burgundy in France, and the intertwining of climate and soil influences enables Slovenia to be more diverse in its wine offer. As many as 52 species of vines grow well here!
For you, friends from the region of Goriška Brda, which is considered a fairytale landscape sunk halfway between the Alps and the Adriatic, will come to our dear Študentski Kampus, with an abundance of beauties, attractions and experiences.
They will bring 10 wine samples for tasting and you will definitely find your favorite flavor among them!
After the tasting, there will be a wine evening, which will be joined by other Erasmus students and together we will be able to toast with Slovenian wines.
COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL
To be able to join us on our "Wine Tasting by Klet Brda" event on the 9th of November, you will need to have a valid EU digital COVID certificate! We will check them before you enter the event venue.
HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
Your application does not equal to a spot reservation for the event! For your application to be fulfilled, you need to settle the costs of the event/trip first in our office at Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana! There are only 45 spots available!

Ticket price: 15€ without ESN card / 10€ with ESN card
You can pay for the event in our ESN Ljubljana office at Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana.
In case you want to pay through bank transfer, you need to send an e-mail and get a confirmation from us that payment is possible!
IMPORTANT - The BANK DETAILS for the Wine Tasting by Klet Brda are DIFFERENT to the BANK DETAILS for TRIPS!!!
If you will pay by BANK TRANSFER attach a photo of your filled out ESN CARD at the end of the application form (File Upload Button) as proof of your eligibility for the discounted price! Please also send us your proof of payment (screenshot of your bank transaction) to our email address (esn@sou-lj.si)!
