Get ready to kick off your upcoming Erasmus semester in the most exhilarating way possible! Join us on Wednesday, the 28th of February 2024, at 21:00 for an electrifying Erasmus semester opening Party that will set the tone for your unforgettable journey ahead. Hosted at the vibrant Kampus food pop-up night pub, located at Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana, this event promises an evening of non-stop fun, great music, the cheapest drinks and new friendships waiting to be forged.
Calling all beer pong enthusiasts – grab your partner and register your dynamic duo for the highly anticipated beer pong tournament! Team registration needs to be done beforehand, at the below posted application form to secure your spot in the doubles-only competition. On the day of the tournament, the team check-in at the venue starts at 20:30. Prepare for a night that's bound to be legendary – see you at the Erasmus semester opening party!
BEER PONG TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Event venue: Kampus Food, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event schedule:
20:30 - Kampus Food opens its doors
20:30 - 20:55 - beer pong tournament team check-in
21:00 - start of the beer pong tournament
Team application: Only one (1) team member needs to apply for the tournament on the below posted application form. The team consists of two (2) players, as it is a doubles competition. While applying please state your teammates name in the Notes section. The registration fee includes both team members in the price.
THE PRICE INCLUDES
The organisation of the beer pong tournament for the whole team (2 players) and includes the needed beer for the whole competition.
The entrance to the party (for everyone not competing in the tournament) is FREE OF CHARGE the whole night!
HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
Your application does not equal to a spot reservation for the tournament! For your application to be fulfilled, you need to settle the costs of the tournament first! You can receive all of the needed information on how to settle the costs of the tournament if you write to us on our events email address esnlj.events@gmail.com.
You can settle the costs of the event the following ways:
- ESN Ljubljana office (during office hours)
- with cash
- Bank transfer

PRICE AND PAYMENT
DISCOUNTED PRICE: 10,00 EUR with Ljubljana Erasmus discount card
FULL PRICE: 15,00 EUR without Ljubljana Erasmus discount card
The price is valid for the whole team (2 players). The bank details for events are different from the bank details for trips!
If you will pay with the help of a bank transfer send us your proof of payment on our email address esnlj.events@gmail.com.
