BEER PONG TOURNAMENT
When applying, only one person of the team can fill out the application form, under Notes, write your TEAM NAME and the full name of your TEAMMATE!
Event location: Kampus FOOD, Pivovarniška ulica 6, 1000 Ljubljana
Event start time: 19:30 team registration - 20:15 start of the tournament
Event limitation: 200 persons at the event venue, TEAMS have priority
ERASMUS SPRING OPENING PARTY
If you will not be participating at the beer pong tournament you are very welcomed to join the ERASMUS SPRING OPENING PARTY that will go down at the same time as the tournament and even after the winners of the beerpong are decided!
The party also starts at 19:30 and the entry is ofcourse FREE!

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
Your application does not equal to a spot reservation for the event! For your application to be fulfilled, you need to settle the costs of the event first! You can receive all of the needed infromation on how to settle the costs of the event if you write to us on our events email address esnlj.events@gmail.com.
You can settle the costs of the event the following ways:
- ESN Ljubljana office (during office hours)
- with cash
- Bank transfer
