International student picnic

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Get ready to experience the ultimate Saturday at our upcoming International Student Picnic! This open-air extravaganza welcomes students from all corners of the globe, as well as our local friends, to come together for a day of pure enjoyment. With a lively DJ providing the soundtrack, you can dance and groove to the music all day long. The culinary delights are endless, as we'll be serving up all-you-can-eat food, including some vegetarian and vegan options for those with dietary preferences. Plus, the beverages flow freely with all-you-can-drink non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine, while our tantalizing cocktails are available at an additional cost.
But that's not all – there's a wide range of sports activities to participate in or simply chill and soak in the early autumn ambiance with friends. The fun begins at 16:00, so feel free to skip lunch and join us at the picnic for a day filled with laughter, good food, and great company.
The Student Kampus has a storied reputation for hosting the University of Ljubljana's largest student picnics, with some past events drawing close to a thousand of enthusiastic students. Rest assured, this will be one of the semester's highest-quality open-air gatherings. Don't miss out on the highlight of the season!
INTERNATIONAL STUDENT PICNIC INFORMATION
As already mentioned all of the food, non-alcoholic beverages, beer and wine will be served on the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink principle.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, please let us know during your registration by leaving a note about it in the "Notes" section.

THE PRICE INCLUDES
The organisation of the International student picnic and the entry ticket to the picnic (which includes all of the all-you-can-eat food and all-you-can-drink non alcoholic beverages, beer and wine).
HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY APPLY
Your application does not equal to a ticket reservation for the picnic! For your application to be fulfilled, you need to settle the costs of the ticket first! You can receive all of the needed information on how to settle the costs of the ticket if you write to us on our events email address esnlj.events@gmail.com.
You can settle the costs of the ticket the following ways:
- ESN Ljubljana office (during office hours)
- with cash
- Bank transfer
- for bank details please write to our email address esnlj.events@gmail.com
PRICE AND PAYMENT
DISCOUNTED PRICE: 15,00 EUR with ESN Ljubljana loyalty card
FULL PRICE: 20,00 EUR without ESN Ljubljana loyalty card
The bank details for events are different from the bank details for trips!
